TXD Viewer (PS2)

Use this tool to view the .txd files of the PS2 versions of GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas.

VC TXD Viewer (PC)

Use this tool to view the DXTn-compressed textures of the PC version of GTA Vice City.

Like the PS2 tool it supports batch extraction and the images can be saved in either 24bit BMP, JPEG or 32bit TGA format.
