New project and VC tools

A great new fan project, where I am involved, has started: FunWorld. The idea is based on a billboard near the Vice City Airport. More information and first screenshots can be found at the official website and the discussion thread. Everyone with mapping skills can join us!

In addition I've uploaded new useful tools: the VC MenuEditor, VC Player Pos, a path import script and a VC Draw Distance Mod.
